Speech & Language Evaluations

A comprehensive evaluation allows a speech-language pathologist (speech therapist) to assess your child's strengths and areas of improvement. This helps to create a high-quality and individualized plan with your goals in mind.

An evaluation includes a case and developmental history, a play-based speech and language sample and observations. An evaluation report will be provided including recommendations for next steps after testing has been completed.

Before meeting with Sarah Pendergast, M.S., CCC-SLP, please complete Awesome Kids Therapy's New Client Forms and any additional paperwork sent to you from our HIPAA-compliant system. A comprehensive speech & language evaluation is required prior to beginning therapy services.
